How Much Money Would Be Needed To Start An Insurance Agency?

I want to start an retail insurance agency and I plan on getting a business loan. How much will I need to request from the bank? Also, I want to start it in California.

    It would be based on location and how much you want to spend in office equipment. $25,000 to $75,000
