OLDWICK, N.J.—-A.M. Best Co. has revised the outlook to stable from positive and affirmed the financial strength ratings of B++ and issuer credit ratings of “bbb” of UPMC Health Plan, Inc. and its health insurance affiliates, UPMC Health Network, Inc. and UPMC For You, Inc. A.M.
