What Pelosi is really asking her is: Are you serious? Who cares about the Constitution? What does that have to do with anything? What a ridiculous question! The Constitution is just an old document that gets in the way of government doing whatever it wants whenever it wants, so who cares about anything like that. I didn’t get my power so that some old document could tell ME what I can and cannot do!

Ask them which part of the Constitution has the Comerce Clause? Ask them to tell you about Supreme Court decisions re: the Commerce Clause.
